Welcome to Fone2Foto. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile ordering channels, and photography and printing services ("Services"). By placing an order, uploading content, or booking a photography session with us, you agree to these Terms.

ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Fone2Foto provides:

Individual photo printing, framing, customization, and personalized gift hampers.
Professional on-site photography and bulk printing/framing services for schools, institutions, and organizations.
ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to place an order or book a service with us. Institutional clients must have the authority to engage our services on behalf of their organization.

ORDERS AND UPLOADS

Individuals: You are responsible for uploading accurate, high-quality images. We are not liable for print quality issues arising from low-resolution or corrupted files you provide.

Institutions: Bulk orders require a confirmed shoot date, agreed headcount/scope, and advance payment or deposit as applicable.

You confirm that you own or have the right to use all images submitted to us for printing or framing.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed on our platform or quoted directly for bulk/institutional orders. Payment must be completed in full (or as per agreed deposit terms) before order processing begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing for institutional clients. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will honor the price at the time of booking.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days for individual orders, and as mutually agreed for bulk/institutional shoots. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays, natural events, incorrect address information). Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the specified address or location.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Individual orders: Cancellations are accepted only before production begins. Once printing/framing has started, orders are non-refundable.

Institutional bookings: Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled shoot date will forfeit any advance deposit paid.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

QUALITY AND REPRINTS

We stand behind the quality of our prints and frames. If you receive a damaged or defective product due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free reprint or replacement. This does not cover dissatisfaction with personal photo choices, cropping preferences, or images submitted in low resolution.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE USAGE

You retain full ownership of the photographs you upload or that we capture on your behalf. For institutional shoots, Fone2Foto may request permission to use select images (with identities blurred or consent obtained) for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless the client opts out in writing. Fone2Foto retains ownership of its own branding, website content, and marketing materials.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Any personal data, images, or institutional information shared with us will be used solely for order fulfillment and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fone2Foto's liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

CONDUCT AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service for any content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
